SCOPE OF PROOFREADING

·      Review of transcript text for obvious spelling, word usage, missing or duplicated words, and other noticeable errors.

·      Punctuation: Identification of obvious, glaring punctuation errors while preserving the court reporter’s style and preferences.

·      Audio verification is not included. Unusually technical or specialized material may require a separate quote.

TURNAROUND TIME POLICY

All turnaround times are calculated using calendar days, including weekends and holidays. Turnaround time begins when the complete transcript is received.

For clarity, an exact delivery date and time will be agreed upon for each assignment, especially rush and same-day requests.
